Supplier Feed Review
Compare two supplier CSVs before you update your catalog. Match exact keys, review changes, and download a report you explicitly approve.
Files stay in this tab. No upload, saved recipe, store connection or automatic update. Closing or refreshing the page clears your work. This is a review tool, not a full Shopify importer.
Limits and synthetic examples
UTF-8 CSV only: 5 MiB per file, 20,000 data rows, 100 columns, 500,000 cells including headers, 64 KiB UTF-8 per cell, 200,000 field differences; 16 MiB per downloaded report (split files if exceeded). Commas, LF/CRLF, quoted newlines and doubled quotes are supported. Keys are exact text: 00123 and 123 differ. Numeric comparisons accept plain signed decimals up to 60 digits and 24 decimal places; no currency, commas or exponents.
Synthetic files demonstrate reordered rows, leading zeros, large IDs and schema changes. The validation pair adds duplicate and missing keys; it cannot be approved.

2. Confirm one-to-one field mappings
Exact-name suggestions are text by default. Choose renamed fields explicitly. Unmapped columns are listed separately in the schema review. Keys are always text. A numeric change is flagged if either configured threshold is exceeded; equal thresholds are allowed. A percentage from zero to nonzero requires review.
Load both files and choose their keys to see mappings.
4. Export an approved report
JSON preserves source strings exactly and is recommended for identifiers. CSV quotes every field and prefixes spreadsheet-active text (=, +, @, -, including whitespace/control prefixes) with an apostrophe; valid explicitly typed numbers retain their sign. The export notice reports the prefixed-cell count. Spreadsheet apps may still autoformat IDs: import as text. Original files are untouched. Editing any input clears approval.
